The Who/What/Why
In 2015 I worked for a downright terrible agency that I won’t name but it’s one of those places that paid you $20 to give them a good Glassdoor review. Anywho, the hours were long, the pay was low, the managers micro and the stress macro - but one thing they did do is hire good people. I was able to work with an amazing creative team and production crew there to create a series of videos promoting various events and initiatives for IBM like their InterConnect Conference, BigData For Social Good, ZSystems and more. While most of these videos have been lost to time, I’m still proud at not only learning to stick up for my creative ideas here but also learning to stick up for my team and learning the value of a collective team.
